Sun burnt ? Not at all :-)

I went to work today with my skin red like lobster.
Many co-workers ask me did I go to the beach over the weekend.
They say I was really red...

Having stayed in the beach for almost the whole afternoon, indeed my skin is red like lobster.

Strangely, I dont get any pain on my skin at all.

I remembered I was doing my quantum touch meditation while resting by the beach.

I read from the quantum touch book that the meditation could protect my skin especially if I had gone under the sun. I would not get sun burnt .

Thank you quantum touch. Im protected... :-)

Rose Test

I bought two roses on the same day and I run energy on one of the roses. The one on the left.
After observing it for more than a week.
The one that is energized with quantum touch lasted longer than the one which is not.

The water remains as clear as before though I did not change the water from the first day.

My family who had seen the changes, had changed from skepticals to believer.
Now they ask me to energised them.

One of the principle in quantum touch is TRUST the process.

Healing circle 2

It was a great healing practise today. I got to know the tactics in details especially the breathing techniques. I felt more warm, and more heat come out from my palm. The chakra meditation is a great techniques to boast my energy.
It was great to have Angeline's guidance, it was an amazing and wonderful experience.
I felt joy and gratitude towards everything.
I started to have more confidence in doing the quantum touch.
I shall keep growing and upgrading from this moment onwards.

We practised the chakra meditation too.

A successful workshop !

We had a wonderful workshop together at the Holiday Inn. Everyone could feel their energy on the first day.

We had a coke experiment whereby each of us run energy on one their cups. They felt the one that was energized taste just like diet coke.

Quantum Physics

Quantum physics shows that everything in our physical world is actually formed from energy which is constantly flowing. This energy could be likened to electricity or to radio signals. We may see our bodies as being solid and made up of blood and tissue and bone but every part of our bodies is actually energy vibrating and flowing in streams and there is more energy permeating and surrounding what we see as our bodies. This is usually known as the aura, auric field, or simply the Field and it has no ending.Energy in different forms vibrates at a different frequency. The energy that makes up a rock vibrates slowly, which is the reason the rock looks and feels solid. The energy that makes up a delicate flower vibrates much faster. Energies that vibrate on the same frequency are in resonance with each other and absorb each other's energy easily. More than this, every cell in our body has its own innate intelligence, and wellbeing is the natural state in which each cell is always striving to maintain itself or reach when it has been shut off from that natural state.
